Tsipoulidis Miltiadis Posted July 25, 2019 Report Share Posted July 25, 2019 I have a project which involves plastic injecting machines - specifically five identical machines Battenfeld Austria BA230E. These machines are old - before PLC technologies and are controlled by relay thermostats, timers and very old motherboards. I want to change them and use Unistream to automate these machines as far as possible without changing many mechanical parts. Do you have any experience in this kind of machines? MVP 2023 Joe Tauser Posted July 25, 2019 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted July 25, 2019 Most of the logic is straightforward with the exception of the analog signal used to control the shot profile - the hydraulic valve that actually injects the plastic.
