Scott K Posted September 22, 2021 Report Share Posted September 22, 2021 Hello, I have an M91 plc and I'm using 3 inputs and 2 outputs. I1 and I2 are connected to momentary switches. I1 enables a motor to rotate clockwise and I2 enables the same motor to move counter-clockwise. If the user wants to change the direction of the motor they are supposed to press a stop button first before changing the direction (I3). What I would like to happen is if the motor is moving clockwise and the user presses the counter-clockwise button without first pressing the stop button I would like the motor to just stop. So pressing the opposite direction without first stopping would have the same functionality as pressing the stop button. Can anyone please give advice on how to implement this?
