If you're on Win10 then you can do it "permanently" using Scale and Layout sizing under the Display settings and choosing, say, 150%.  This effectively enlarges everything, though.  There has been discussion on the forum of the merits of other localised means of zooming, the most usable is likely this link but have a read of the full topic anyway.
