Hello, I had an error with this module. 
Suddenly it stopped generating the analog outputs, and the RUN led blinked.
It is worth mentioning that I am using 3 inputs and 2 outputs (all 0-10v), one of 
the inputs is 0-8v with 16-bit resolution. Is the problem related to this?

This is usually a bad sign.  Was this working before and for how long?

Before I only used 1 single input, since I added the two inputs, the problem started. (1 week ago)

That sounds like a grounding problem.  Is your DC power supply 0V terminal connected to earth ground?
