V200-18-E3/4XB High Speed inputs (reload) using

Hi, I would like to know how does it work ? What is the meaning:

• MI150 Counter  Value
• Mi151 Counter Target Value
• MB 150 Reload Event
• MB 151 Enable Reload

I am understand Mi 150 -> this is which work/count. How can I reset it ? And why need Mi 151, MB 150 and MB 151 ?  What are they function ?

Thank you for your quick answer.  If I understand well: if the MB 2 = 0 then MB 1 and D# 1000 do not work, no reload. But if I reset Mi 1 (Mi 1=0) then I made a reload without using MB 2. Is it true ?

In general, yes. However, you should experiment with the signals and make sure that the real algorithm corresponds to the desired one for the application you are building.

However, you should understand that the high-speed counter is reset to 0 by this Reload function or input signal instantly. However, the bits you see work within one program scan. And simply zeroing the variable takes time, which can cause an obstacle in the correct pulse count

I have a new question: Can I "Initialize&Reset" the program  not in program development environment menu ? I would like to built this command in my PLC program.
