Dominic
I have a customer that downloaded the latest version of Visilogic on a PC running Windows XP SP3. When he tries to open it the screen shows the "Visilogic" splash display as if it is going to open then an error comes up stating that the distributor should be contacted. He then uninstalled the current version and went back to the previous version - same problem. Any ideas?

Walkerok
Re-check your UAC settings. I have now had my UAC setting reset from off to on when installing new software (not visilogic) or automatic windows updates. The last occurence of this was just yesterday. Thanks Keith
