connection via ethernet

Hello, I am trying to connect my unitronics automate to my PC via the ethernet cable. The remote access software failed to find a connection. I am don't know also how to get the ip adress of the automate to enter it. Can anyone help me please. Thanks a lot!

You can find the IP Address in INFO Mode (see the Help file for more information). However, if this is a new PLC that does not have a program in it, you are better off connecting with a USB cable until you get a program downloaded that has Ethernet initialization and IP Address assignment.

Hi;

If connecting via Ethernet,  you also need the PLC Name   and    if the PLC was programmed using  VisiLogic 9.9.00  - the security passwords.

Can you Ping the PLC Addess  sucessfully?
