How do I create an image that behaves the same as the images in imageC library

I am trying to create some icons that behave the same as the built in ones that are in the imagesC directory. The images that I make do not seem to be able to have a transparent background.

Fill the area you want to be transparent with a color not used in the icon or image. Make sure there is a pixel of that color in the upper left corner. When you assign the "Transparent" property to the image, Visilogic will make every pixel of that color transparent.
