V350 with a Thermoregulator

Hi,

 

Please give a solution . I need to control the temperature of processo with cold water pipe with a thermoregulator that got through the cold with a valve actuator drive 0-10V or hot through a heater with resistance . I have only the process temperature that we setting in IHM.

 

My process works with either opening the cold water valve from primary unit (6 to 15 degree C) and now works with insertion of ressistances generating hot water .

I have a model to start this PID control ?

Hi Nildo,

There are several application examples in Visilogic that utilize PID functionality, specifically for temperature control.

To access them go to the Help Menu, select the Examples icon and search for the PID folder.

That should give you a good practice of how to begin with your project.
