MVP 2023 Joe Tauser Posted January 9, 2011 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted January 9, 2011 Those devices do work, but you have to install software on any PC that you'll be connecting to the M91 over the network. The software creates a virtual com port on your PC (so you still use U90 in serial mode) and packetizes the commands to that port, sending them on the network to the converter. Joe T. Please note that using V130 Ethernet port you can open up to 4 sockets and of course this PLC has many other advantages such bigger screen, String library, SD card, Trends, Web Server capabilities and much much more.
