IP Camera

I am trying to set up an IP camera to a Unistream 15 panel, it comes up with an internal error (Resource error) on the screen when run, the help file says the camera settings need to be compatible but I cannot find any detail as to what these should be, can anyone help with some information.

The camera is a TECHview, these are the specs and I have attached a file with a  couple of screen shots from the camera software
