V430 Touch Screen Not Functioning

I bought one unit of V430 for our DEMO..... no doubt the unit is more than 2 years but we hardly power up;

Today when we power up, surprisingly to find out the Touch Screen not responding at all

We reload the program and again not responding

No error warning 

Anyone face the similar issue??

Since it Powers up , Use VisiLogic - Blank program will do - and get into it via the USB Port.

Go to ON line Mode, and  look at SI  40 and 40 - these are the X and Y positions when the Touch Screen is touched.

           -1, -1  are   no touch, and when touched, the position is given

Also   SB16   -- Touch Screen is Active

What state is SB 17 in??
