Warrick
Hi Guys, We currently have an issue whereby we have a number of IOS devices via the app and one PC connected via the PC software without a problem. Each device is connected by VPN. There are 3 other IOS devices that will not connect. We have checked the settings many times to ensure they are exactly the same (and they are) Any ideas? Has this occurred with anyone else?
MVP 2023 Ausman Posted December 7, 2019 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted December 7, 2019 You mean all connected at the same time? Or separately? And some won't work regardless. cheers, Aus
Warrick
Aus, Single connection at one time. Some IOS devices work and others don’t. The PC software works fine, both Remote operator and Visi.
MVP 2014 Simon Posted January 22, 2020 MVP 2014 Report Share Posted January 22, 2020 I can say that the solution to this ended up being straightforward and not related to iOS or app compatibility issues.
