innov8
Hi, I would like to store the date & time an alarm occurs, and display the previous couple alarms with their respective timestamps. It would be nice to have the most recent alarm at the top of this list. Anyone have an example or ideas how to go about this using a Jazz controller? Thanks! AlexUT
Hi, Jazz OS has no embedded support for Alarms. You have to realize it by yourself, or use other PLC model with embedded alarms support. It is recommended to review example projects to find one which fitting your needs. B.R. innov8
Thanks. I understand that there’s no specific alarm function built into this system. I was wondering if anyone has done it anyhow, and how they went about it. My application is pretty simple and has been functioning quite well for several years now, so I’m not changing that out. sgull
In the examples that come with the program installation there is an application called "Alarms with time stamp" This is in the database folder "Normally" at this location C:\Program Files (x86)\Unitronics\Unitronics U90 Ladder\Examples\Data base It might help to achieve what you need.
