One operates correctly and the other goes through the timing logic, but no output is fired. I'm not certain if I'm using the MB improperly or if there is some protocol I'm missusing. Then insert the link to your image in the post. One way I use to see if logic is solving is to use a SET coil assigned to a test MB. Never, ever mix regular coils and SET and RESET on the same address. The regular coil will always win by definition.
