Viking Tool Posted March 21, 2019 Report Share Posted March 21, 2019 This is our first time looking and using a this PLC. I am very green. So forgive me. We attempted to link port #1 with the RS11 cable to Keyance DL-RS1A. Initiated port #1 in bit relay. Used the bit relay to open protocall scan. After doing that I can not get the PC to communicate to PLC. I am using Visalogic 9.8.65 & have been connecting PC to PLC with a serial cable. Someone please help me. MVP 2023 kratmel Posted March 21, 2019 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted March 21, 2019 As i see it is Samba PLC. Maybe you use the port and protocol configuration wіthout SB2 contact. MVP 2023 Joe Tauser Posted March 22, 2019 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted March 22, 2019 Never use port 1 to communicate to external devices unless you've installed an Ethernet card so you can still get in.
