Hello Did VisiLogic was worked before properly? if not, please perform Windows Update You can also try to reinstall VisiLogic as below and check if the problem remains: Backup your application files. Uninstall VisiLogic. Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files\Common Files. Install VisiLogic again. Please let us know if it helped.

Hello, Please provide us the following details: Did the error occur on other PC or with other PLC or MJ20-PRG? Which USB2Serial brand you have? Can you tell us what is the P/N of your Unitronics adapter and are you using 4 or 6 wire cable? If you have any doubts about the hardware functionality, contact your local distributor for replacing the PLC and the programming kit.

Hi, Please use the latest VisiLogic V9.3.1 (Download) When using VisiLogic V9.3.1 (or any version) you must download all the system files that released with each version: · Boot · BinLib · O/S Use a COM port to download the BOOT and the BinLib. *** Avoid system incompatibility - Please note *** The system files in V9.X.X are not compatible with V7.X.X or V8.X.X Make sure that you are using the O/S, BinLib, Boot that implement in each VisiLogic version 1. Turn OFF the PLC and use it as standalone ( Disconnect I/O expansions ,Ethernet….) 2. Touch and hold the screen 3. Power ON while screen is touched 4. Touch twice in Bootstrap screen Make sure the Connection Settings are correct (COM PORT RS232 ONLY, 115200 baud rate and 6sec time out) Please make sure that you are using the latest system files (Go to help menu>update from the web>operation system) Download a blank application to the PLC by using PC's COM Port and PLC's COM1 RS232. If everything is ok, try to download your application. Hope it helps...

There you can find old VisiLogic Version (Full and Swapper versions). for your case O/S V3.72 is related to VisiLogic V3.50 and you can download it from the link below. http://www.unitronics.com/data/uploads/VisiLogic_Software/Unitronics%20VisiLogic%20V350%20B3.zip if you are using this old version i assume you an old PLC version so in any case pleae backup you project if you wish to use the the current VisiLogic Version. i hope it helps...

Hi, all Unitronics software and utilities are able to work on WIN7 32bit machines but you need to perform a proper reinstall of UniOPC by following the link below set for a Windows7 machine which also requires the turning off of UAC and certain folder directories to be deleted as specified. http://www.unitronics.com/data/uploads/VisiLogic_Software_New/Disable%20UAC%20Vista%20+%20WIN7.pdf Please note: The UAC requires that you execute the installation using the "Run as Administrator" command. Microsoft introduced the UAC to provide users with more security. If after all my suggestions he still face problems, please open the software's as "administrator" (Right mouse click). If UniOPC opened properly, Go to the properties of UniOPC and under compatibility ticked verify the Privilege Level “Run this program as an administrator”. I hope it helps!

Hello, Please make sure that you update the Boot and the BinLib also. Go to help menu>Check for updates>operation system and make sure that your VisiLogic V9.3.0 is up-to-date. Then update the PLC to the latest system files. cheers.
