  2. Hello,

According to your VisiLogic version, this PLC is quit old.

This PLC series have lower memory then the current products.

When you upgrade to a new o/s, there is incompatibility between this new o/s and the old hardware.

The latest version that supports old PLCs is VisiLogic V4.7.4.

You can download VisiLogic V4.7.4 swapper version from our web site at:

    http://www.unitronics.com/data/uploads/VisiLogic_Software/Unitronics%20VisiLogic%20474.zip

    Cheers,

  3. Dear Jay,

Such PLC reaction may occurs as a results of incompatibility system files versions in VisiLogic or communication interruption.

Please use the latest VisiLogic V9.0.1 (Download) and try as follow:

    1. Turn off the PLC and use it as standalone ( Disconnect expansion ,Ethernet….)

    2. Touch and hold the screen

    3. Power on while screen touched

    4. Touch twice in Bootstrap screen

    5. Update the O/S from the web in help menu and download to the PLC by using 115200 baud rate and 2sec time out

    6. Download empty application to the controller

    I hope it helps!

  4. Hi,

First, Go to VisiLogic help menu and update the O/S from the web.

Then open your application and make sure to use the following communication parameters:

    • Baud rate - 57600
    • Time out - 6 sec

Go to connection menu>communication & o/s > Operating system tab and check for the latest o/s.

    Download the application again.

if you have the same problem, go to Project menu and create a dvi file (for UniDownloader)

go to Tools menu>UniDownloader Designer>and import your DVI file to UniDownloader project.vlp only, no o/s needed.

Then download the UDC file to the PLC

Let us know if it helps!

  5. Dear Sir,

Apparently you have some DLLs that need to register.

Try to open the swapper tool and choose VisiLogic_C folder from Program file>Unitronics and register the version.

If it's not helping, try to reinstall VisiLogic as follow:

    • Backup your application files.
    • Uninstall VisiLogic.
    • Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files
    • Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files\Common Files.
    • Install VisiLogic again.

    Cheers,
