I just got a new laptop with Windows 8 on it. Is Remote operator compatible?

Is it Windows 8/ Windows 8 Pro or Windows 8 RT?

It should work on Windows 8 (or Windows 8 Pro), but it might fail because of administration rights (So you might wanna disable UAC notifications and run Remote Operator as Administrator... Please note that on Windows 8, even though you disable the UAC and you are an Administrator, some programs will not run correctly if you don't run it as Administrator)

Does VisiLogic 9.5 runs or is suported on Windows Server 2008 32bits? I got many errors installing and now running it. I just completed a "Hello" progroma. Maybe Visilogic isn't meant for Windows Server (2008) and that is the reason. Please, Help.

Remote operator is compatible and working fine. But Couldn't communicate through Data export.

Hi,

 

Save the setup file on your desktop and make sure that the installation file is not blocked (Right click on the file>Properties)

If yes, just click on the unblock button and then install the software.

Then: Go to the properties of DataXport shortcut and under compatibility ticked verify the Privilege Level “Run this program as an administrator”.
