LightSpeed
I recently upgraded to Visilogic 9.8.79 Build 0 Beta and also upgraded a vision PLC to O/S: 4.5 (19). Somehow whenever sending an email using the email FB, the time stamp on the email is wrong. It seems to be a timezone issue as the email client thinks the time is (UTC -12:00) Has any body else had this problem? I have only seen this issue since updating the software. MVP 2023 Ausman Posted December 11, 2018 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted December 11, 2018 Dumb question as I'm not sure of any involvement in the process, but has the RTC on the PLC been checked (and set correctly) after the O/S upgrade? cheers, Aus
LightSpeed
yes, I should have specified that earlier. I had synchronized the RTC through visiolgic and the PLC is showing the right time in the RTC Variable on the HMI. It must be something with the latest update because I've used the email FB on multiple programs in the past and never had that problem.
MVP 2023 Joe Tauser Posted December 12, 2018 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted December 12, 2018 Copy the text of your post and send it along with your program to support@unitronics.com Joe T.
MVP 2023 Ausman Posted December 12, 2018 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted December 12, 2018 And after you send it, you could always stick to the old version and use Version Swapper......that's what it's for. New and Wonderful is not necessarily needed, or indeed useful, a lot of the time. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. cheers, Aus
