How can you Read/Convert .UTR files on a Mac

SD Card Suite installs on a Windows environment. But I need something similar to convert .UTR files to Excel on a Macbook. Does anybody have any idea how I can do that? 

I do not have a Windows environment on my Mac.

I don't know a direct answer to your question. 

However.....you must be getting the UTR files from somewhere with the Windows environment.  On that PC, the conversion can be done very easily.

I don't know whether the mentioned mod is now part of the standard install available at the software site or not.
