There won't be with no wiring connected.  They are relays with a shared common.  You either make the common - or +, but I always prefer to switch the +.  So + goes to the CM# and on relay activation you get + at the relevant output.

FYI, this is really electronics 101.  Prior to doing further work, I suggest that you need to do some initial learning of some basics.
