Gabriel Franco
I´m getting the following error executing a query altough connection test is passed. I´m using an existing table created in Microsoft SQL Server 2014 - 12.0.2000.8 (X64). Also, I´ve given the "admin" user all required permissions as well as set all in firewall. Does SQL run only in SQL server 2012 11.xxx ?
MVP 2021 Joe Tauser Posted March 30 MVP 2021 Report Share Posted March 30 That is a question for Official Support at support@unitronics.com. In the meantime, try putting the actual IP address of the host in the IP/Host/Server Name box. Joe T.
Gabriel Franco
Thanks Joe. I did not configured panel DNS, then must use IP instead of server name. Now, all queries work seamlessly using SQL Server 2012 Express or SQL Server 2014 Express.
AlexUT
Hi. There is a document at web site - "Version Changes & Bug Reports": https://downloads.unitronicsplc.com/Sites/plc/Unilogic/UniLogic_1.33.236_November_2022.pdf Following is printout from my Desktop computer: C:\WINDOWS\system32>sqllocaldb versions Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (11.0.7507.2) Microsoft SQL Server 2019 (15.0.2000.5) C:\WINDOWS\system32>sqllocaldb info MSSQLLocalDB UNILOGIC v11.0 As you can see, I have installed 2 versions of MS SQL Server - 2012 and 2019. as I use multiple versions of UniLogic. But UNILOGIC database always is in version v11.0 for compatibility. Microsoft SQL Server Local DB 2012 used for all UniLogic versions before 1.33.xxx version. Starting 1.33.xxx version UniLogic installation install Microsoft SQL Server 2019 (15.0.2000.5)
