MVP 2022 Flex727 Posted December 7, 2017 MVP 2022 Report Share Posted December 7, 2017 The first thing I would do is check or replace the cable between the PLC and expansion adapter. Then check the connections between the EX and IO modules.

Vladimir
I have checked all of the above. Haven't noticed anything unusual.
MVP 2022 Flex727 Posted December 8, 2017 MVP 2022 Report Share Posted December 8, 2017 How did you check all the connections? Visual inspection is often not enough. Try wiggling each of the components to see if you can induce a fail.

Vladimir
I have displaced cable between PLC and expansion adapter apart from other cables. Everything works fine for now. Thanks a lot to everybody!
