Snap in I/O module

[V700]

I use a V700 with V200-18-E3XB module.

I connect some switches to the digital inputs that work fine and some leds to the digital outputs so i can test my project.
I connect them according to snap in I/O manual pdf

 but i have no  voltage on the outputs

although in the program the output bits goes high.
Any idea what the problem might be?

1) is the common for the relay output connected?

2)Did you supply 24VDc to the V1 and 0V for the 24VDC digital outputs??? see page 4 of the install guide

1.  There are multiple locations on the -E3XB module to connect power.  Verify you have power connected to V1 and 0V.

2.  Most of the outputs on this module are relays.  Are you saying you have no voltage on them or on O0 and O1?  Are the relays on the other outputs clicking?

This is my wiring.
So i keep it like this and just add 0v to 0V and 24v to V1?

I supply voltage to 0V and V1 and it worked.
