Hello Nildo, Try to solve the problem as follow: Open the task manager and close VisiLogic. Delete the file Current_OPLC.udb from: C:\Program Files\Unitronics\Unitronics VisiLogic_C\Data\DB . Disable Windows UAC and run VisiLogic If the problem still occur: Backup you projects and delete all the files related to Unitronics installations. • Erase the “Unitronics VisiLogic_C” folder from- C:\Program Files\Unitronics • Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files\Common Files. • Perform Windows update and restart the PC • Log-on as administrator • Save the setup file on your desktop and make sure that the installation file is not blocked (Right click on the file>Properties) If yes, just click on the unblock button: Install VisiLogic. If software opened properly, Go to the properties of VisiLogic shortcut and under compatibility ticked verify the Privilege Level “Run this program as an administrator”. I hope it helps…

Hello Otto, Such error may occur due to Windows security/firewall changes. Please consider to reinstall VisiLogic as follow: Open the task manager and close VisiLogic. Hi, Here is a step by step guide on how to unsigned drivers (UniStream USB) on Windows V8.1: Move your mouse courser to the upper right part on the screen Select settings ->Change PC settings->Updates and Recovery > Recovery > Under “Advanced Startup” > Restart now. Now the system will restart and might take some minutes to show up the boot menu. You will be prompted with a menu with following options. - Continue - Troubleshoot - Turn off Choose Troubleshoot Then the following menu appears. - Refresh your PC - Reset your PC - Advanced Options Choose Advanced Options Then the following menu appears - System Restore - System Image Recovery - Automatic Repair - Command Prompt - Windows Startup settings Choose Windows Startup Settings, then Click Restart. Now the computer will restart and the boot menu appears. Choose Disable Driver signature Enforcement from the menu by using your keyboard numbers. Windows will start and you can do the installation of the driver that is not signed. If UniLogic still cannot detect the USB driver, Go to Network Adapters > Right Click on RNDIS Gadget/USB Ethernet > Update driver > Brows my computer… > Manually search from the path C:\ I hope it helps..

Hello, Such problem may related to project that has been written in older version then the current version (V9.5.0). I manage to download the project to my PLC and it looks OK. To solve the problem please refer to the steps below. Download the latest system files (O/S V3.7.0, BinLib, BOOT) via COM port RS232 115200 baud rate 1.5sec time out Download a blank application initialize & reset the PLC Open your project and restore the system images (click on system images icon left to the alarm configuration icon) Perform build all from "build" menu Download all & Burn i hope it helps...

Hello Sir, Unitronics current products do not support animated GIF's as standalone file. Animated object can be created by using list of images. In VisiLogic software help>Examples> Project examples>HMI and Project examples>HMI> Display Shows ,you can find the "crane" application (called- " V570_Unitronics_logo_movie") and more demos. Also, in VisiLogic Folder there are several groups of images for making DIY animation for HMI (Color). The location is : (as a default) C:\Program Files\Unitronics\Unitronics VisiLogic_C\Data\ImagesC\Images For Animation. i hope it helps..
