Good day,

Started new project with V350-35-TU24. Opened my last used application (made with v8.6) made some changes (with v9.3) and when tried to open hardware configuration, popped up error message: TU24 not in a list (capture current screen...) What should i do? I can't open this project with v8.6 anymore..

Hi,

In C:\Program Files\Unitronics\Unitronics VisiLogic_C\Data\HW Cfg\Elements List….you will find a file called ElementsList.ini

Please enter the file and add V350-35-TU24 to V350 list.

One more thing.. When upgraded V350 to v9.3 new operating system, somethung happened with its colours.. It seems all the colours are a bit lighter and sharpness is gone.. When there was older operating system everything were fine. What happened? Is there any way to fix it?

Hello,

Please make sure that you update the Boot and the BinLib also.

Go to help menu>Check for updates>operation system and make sure that your VisiLogic V9.3.0 is up-to-date.

Then update the PLC to the latest system files.

cheers.

Hi,

What are the system files versions?

can you send me a screenshot from VisiLogic>Connection menu>communication&o/s>operation system>Click on the "CHECK" Button and send me the window of the PLC's versions.

thanks...

I know the topic is quite old, but recently I have stumbled upon exactly the same problem - the very latest version of Visilogic has no reference to V350-35-TU24, as well as none of the versions back to 9.31 has. Until I searched the forums the situation looked very confusing.
It is kinda surprising, because V350-35-TU24 are still actively sold and used, however no one cared to fix the software.

Anyway - thanks Ofir once more, for suggestion that worked.

@Saragani  The TU24 issue appears to have been overlooked, so wondering if it could please be rectified.  We've also had other models mentioned on the forum that aren't listed, so a little more time fully checking the lists wouldn't go astray.
