PierreD
Hello, I have to add I / O on an SM43-RA22. My supplier sold me an extension for can-open to be placed in the SM43, V100-17-CAN. I also have an EX-RC1 module and finally the I / O module IO-D16A-R016. Do you have a procedure for implementation? I found that :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=APnEBvSqhks&list=PLFBq_OH6_be7snAZAycZzQMvAWjHkX9Pz They use Visiologic and Unilogic but me my project is only Visiologic ???????? Thank you for your help Pierre
MVP 2022 Flex727 Posted July 18, 2020 MVP 2022 Report Share Posted July 18, 2020 Try this one instead. Also, there are example projects that came with your VisiLogic installation.
MVP 2022 Ausman Posted July 18, 2020 MVP 2022 Report Share Posted July 18, 2020 If Flex's link is not enough to get you going, have a look at Topic 4 in this pinned list, where Joe explains it well. cheers, Aus http://forum.unitronics.com/topic/6229-ongoing-13-topics-almost-worth-pinning/?_fromLogin=
PierreD
Hello, Thanks for your answers, I'll have a look. I don't have a programming cable PC-> EX-RCI, can I do it directly from the SM43?
MVP 2022 Joe Tauser Posted July 21, 2020 MVP 2022 Report Share Posted July 21, 2020 I've never tried it out of the box, but you should be able to. The network ID of the RC1 is set via the dip switches, and you can point Visilogic at it using the Communication settings dialog box- The SM43 should work as a bridge. Just remember to keep your programs and your com settings straight when you're going from one to the other. Joe T.

Pierre, in doing this you may like to try multiple instances of Visilogic which makes it so much easier. cheers, Aus http://forum.unitronics.com/topic/4015-multiple-connection-live-checking-tip/
