V350-j-tr20 enciende pero se queda en blanco la pantalla

Hola, mi pantalla v350-j-tr20 se quedó en color blanco, tras un corte de suministro voluntario y volver a nergizar la pantalla enciende pero permanece en blanco, como puedo solucionarlo????. La he desconectado y conectado varias veces, le llegan los 24 voltios, enciende pero permanece en blanco.

he intentado tocando la pantalla al energizarla, pero si alguien me puede decir los pasos a seguir para despertar la pantalla. Se toca antes de energizarla????, después??, tengo que conectarme con el pc????

 

alguien sabe qué puedo hacer???

Can you communicate with the PLC via the USB  Port?   ( Get OPLC info )

Is there a program in the  PLC?

     What is the start up screen? 

    Are you calling this screen  in the program and do not have a return ( exit) set up?

Hola de nuevo, respondo a tus preguntas:

-existe un programa dentro del plc que hasta hoy funcionaba correctamente.

-la pantalla de inicio es un menú de imágenes tactiles que debería mostrarse cuando pulso ESCAPE. Pero no hace nada permanece en blanco la pantalla.

-pulsando el botón F1 debería mostrar el dibujo sinóptico del proceso ( programa) pero no lo muestra está la pantalla en blanco y el dibujo muy muy  pero que muy difuminado casi ni se percibe.

todo ha ocurrido al desconectarle la alimentacion y volver a conectarla, se quedó encendida pero en blanco como en la imagen que envío.

pulsando F2,F3,F1 navego entre pantallas pero ahora no me deja.

Go Online with the PLC and look at    SI 9    LCD Backlight Intensity  -- adjust and see if this helps.

If there is vibration, maybe open the unit and check the connections of the Sreen to the Main  Board

Possible the data from the display chip is not getting to the display.

No consigo conectarme, lo intento por usb y miniusb a oplc pero nada, es un v350 j tr20 he intentado a 115200 baudios y a 57600 baudios y nada me sale el mensaje de error driver 206 de puerto abuerto o conexiones no sujetas mando foto

qué puedo seguir haciendo para poder conectarme al OPLC ???????

Lo he intentado también con RS 232, pulsando la pantalla a ver si despierta, y nada. Enciende permanece en blanco la panta.

To me the pictures show outlines of blocks on the screen, or is that just reflections?  So maybe something is wrong with the screen or ribbon.

For now I would be disassembling the unit, redoing all internal connections, reassemble and try again.  Whilst you've got it open, check the battery voltage but don't remove it.  The battery retains some data, and perhaps a failed battery is the entire reason for your issues, but I doubt it.  A very last thing to try would be new battery, and if that doesn't work then I think you need to be trying for a complete OS reload.  Which you get an idea about here but is for a different model:

If you don't have a copy of the program within the PLC, and you can't get one, then you are a bit stuck.  Sometimes you can resurrect failed units by swapping internals with known good ones, especially where it might retain a program that is not available at all.

Ausman, en la pantalla como bien dices se ve muy pero que muy difuminada la imagen del programa, supongamos que lo que está defectuosa es la pantalla. Pero existe alguna posibilidad de realizar una recarga del sistema operativo sin que el pc se comunique con la unidad OPLC ????

mi problema es que visilogic no reconoce mi unidad y eso que utilizo RS232 condrivers que utilizo con otra unidad oplc que tengo y me la reconoce perfectamente.

mi pregunta es si puedo recargar de nuevo el sistema operativo sin que el pc me reconozca la unidad,?????

pregunto esto porque tengo copia del programa interior y me da igual perderlo, lo que necesito es recuperar mi unidad y no consigo que visilogic la reconozca. Si la pantalla está mal debería reconocerme por lo menos la unidad, pregunto?????

If all recovery steps filed - your PLC has damaged hardware.

I think the PLC has a problem with corrosion inside. This is suggested by the appearance of the front panel of the device where the PLC is installed - perhaps something wet leaked from above.

Kratmel, responderte que no es humedad lo que se aprecia en el contorno superior (exterior del hmi), se trata de un preparador de polímero para deshidratar y el polímero adiere suciedad es como un pegamento solo es eso.

en  el topic que me eviáis sugerís recargar de nuevo el sistema operativo volviendo a los  valores de fábrica, esto se puede hacer sin tener comunicacion con la unidad?????? Es mi pregunta

Actually, this topic is about what to do with the PLC if it does not respond.

This action is called Factory Boot mode. Try to get there by tapping on the screen before turning on and several times after turning on.

This is described in detail in the topic.
