When try to download programm this message appears: ...ethernet card not supported by this OS version... VisiLogic version 9.6... First thing I would do is remove the Ethernet card and inspect the pins carefully, then replace it carefully and fully and see if there is any change. Flex suggested O/S, but I'd also be starting from absolute scratch on the affected plc. It appears it is recognising the card is there, but saying it can't work it. Delete everything via info mode, then reload boot, O/S etc, then try to load a completely empty program. SB 141 - Ethernet Card Exists Carefully inspect Ethernet Card connector and installation slot. Check this Ethernet Card at other PLC, as already recommended.
