gijoevaldez
My HMI Start-Up screen flickers. I have it start for 5 seconds and then I use SB2 to starr my Main screen. Once I switch to my Main Screen all is well and the flickering stops. IMG_7126.mp4
MVP 2023 Joe Tauser Posted November 25, 2019 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted November 25, 2019 It's continually being re-drawn. I don't know if there's a way to stop this before SB 2 happens. Try sending a request to support@unitronics.com and let us know what they come up with. Joe T.
gijoevaldez
I did send them one. They are working on it but right now with no luck. Thought I might put it here see if anyone has ran into the issue. I'll update the Fix if and when.
MVP 2023 Ausman Posted November 25, 2019 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted November 25, 2019 + to Joe's comments. If you have a far less complex image, does it still do it? Related to this, what is the original image size? Resize so smaller file size using the likes of XnConvert? Try changing it to a simple logo as a test. cheers, Aus
MVP 2023 kratmel Posted November 25, 2019 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted November 25, 2019 I found one isue with ! Start-Up Display. If user try to delete default ! Start-Up Display rename it and (or) create another display with ! Start-Up Display name or use another Startup display something like this will happen. Please try to start new project and place startup dispay content to default ! Start-Up Display. Then try to use your ladder.
TozoM8
I let the Start-Up Display load (only a couple milliseconds )and immediately load a logo screen with a 6 sec TA timer. Reset TA timer with SB2 at next startup.
