MVP 2023 Joe Tauser Posted January 2 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted January 2 The forum is not the Official Unitronics Support channel - it is manned by volunteer users. Send your request to support@unitronics.com Joe T.

MVP 2023 Flex727 Posted January 2 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted January 2 The error message says to contact support. I highly recommend doing that. This forum is not support. It is a user forum staffed primarily by volunteers who are users just like you.

AlexUT
Many of new Windows 11 computers have this problem 1. Open command prompt as Administrator. 2. Add keyr: REG ADD "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\stornvme\Parameters\Device" /v "ForcedPhysicalSectorSizeInBytes" /t REG_MULTI_SZ 3. Validate that key properly added: REG QUERY "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\stornvme\Parameters\Device" /v "ForcedPhysicalSectorSizeInBytes"
Saragani
@AlexUT I think that your first command is incorrect. It should be: REG ADD "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\stornvme\Parameters\Device" /v "ForcedPhysicalSectorSizeInBytes" /t REG_MULTI_SZ /d "* 4095" /f
