I use only two symbols to build a valve being either light or dark (red or green) whatever you like
then dynamicaly activate to show as on or off.
By aranging several of these (like a clover leaf) you can easily make all the various valve types,
one way, two way, 3 way etc.
Checking that you did use "Install USB Driver" .....U90Ladder/Controller/M90 OPLC Settings/middle of bottom buttons?
Do you pull your car completely apart if it has simply run out of fuel? Probably not! 😉 This will likely be something just as simple!
What windows are you using? Is there a restore point available that might get you back to a better system?
Also, in case the version you are using does not have the capability built in, you have to right click/ Run as Administrator the installation file and also set the .exe to Run as Admin once it is installed.
Revo normally gets rid of everything, but if the above install tips don't work, you might be faced with manually deleting anything you can find relating to Visilogic in your folders and registry.
Try the easy options first and let us know.
I agree with everything Cam has said. My limited experiences of this sort of thing is that it can be a total pain in the butt.
However, at the PC end you may be able to implement a virtual port instead of another converter.
I have had limited success using such software, what works fine on one plc brand won't even try on another type.
For anything you do, I would first try to connect with various methods using Remote Operator directly on the network where the plc is located. If you can get it going ok there, it should be easy to do some router work to let remote connections occur.
